Social Distortion returns to Asbury Park this weekend when their world tour stops at The Stone Pony Summer Stage. The legendary punk rockers are also bringing Descendants and The Chats with them for what should be an amazing night.
The tour celebrates the release of the band’s long-awaited eighth album, Born to Kill, via Epitaph Records. Rolling Stone has listed the title track as one of the Best Songs of 2026 So Far. The record itself wears their influences proudly while creating timeless anthems and ballads that chart Social Distortion’s path forward while celebrating its storied past.
Co-produced by Mike Ness and Dave Sardy, and featuring guest appearances from Benmont Tench of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Lucinda Williams, and collaborative cover art by Ness and Shepard Fairey, Born To Kill is the latest installment in a remarkable catalog that spans nearly three generations.
You can listen to Born to Kill wherever you stream your music.
